Deposits
After successfully bidding you will be requested to pay a minimum 10% deposit in the form of cash or bank cheque. You will also need to pay a buyer administrative fee of THB 6,074.77 + VAT.
Reserve Prices
A reserve price is placed on most vehicles. A reserve price is the amount the seller would like to achieve for the vehicle. |

Referral
If the bid is below the seller’s reserve price then it will be either ‘passed in’ or ‘referred’ in favour of the highest bidder and discussed with the seller. If you are the "referred" bidder, you should report to the Auctioneers’ rostrum and await the referral result. You are still able to bid for other vehicles.
VAT Inclusive
All auction bid prices are VAT inclusive. In special cases VAT is not payable if the owner of the goods is not registered for VAT. Lots to be sold on behalf of owners not registered for VAT will be separately identified in the catalogue. |
